In honor of Earth Day Lilly and I planted "Springtime Grass Buddies" which was a craft from our Toddler Activity Swap.

Supplies

~White cup

~Wiggle Eyes

~Potting Soil

~Grass seed

~Spary bottle

~Markers

1. Glue the eyes on the cup and use markers to add facial features (nose, mouth, freckles, etc)

3. Fill cup 3/4 full with soil

4. Sprinkle seeds on top and cover with soil, just enough so seeds can't be seen

5. Let child water the seeds with the spray bottle, keeping the soil moist

Keep in a sunny area and the grass will grow and look like green hair!
